For this master bedroom layout, at first glance, one will notice straightaway that the toilet door faces the dressing table. Most tends to draw from the notion that items facing the toilet door are unlikely to be good, and since the probability of such understanding being correct is higher, most will straightaway suggest that as the dressing table faces the toilet door, it is bad fengshui.
Not discussing whether the location of the bed, wardrobe or toilet is appropriate or not for now, and focusing solely on the dressing table in this case, the dressing table, is indeed not at an ideal location. Note that it is "not ideal" and not "bad or inauspicious". An understanding of this difference is important. But does one know the basis behind why it is not ideal? What does such location signify? How many of you think it is because of the mirror that comes along with the dressing table commonly, i.e., mirror facing the toilet door? What if there is no mirror? Is it the same?
Yet even if it is not at an ideal location, it may not be necessary to shift the dressing table away. It is a question of context. For example, Kan Gua (坎卦) can represent the reproductive system, gynecological related etc. If there are problems related to Kan Gua, and none of the occupants are female, will one still say there are gynecological related issues?

Regarding the fengshui of bedrooms, in terms of form (layout, items itself etc) analysis (内栾), the focus typically are place on assessing the bed and built-in toilet location. However, needless to say, if one is to go further into details, common items such as the dressing table, wardrobe etc can too, be assessed.
