I have shared previously on how the Fengshui of the Oval Office influences the occupant or shed light on the characteristic of the occupant in the office. Below, is a case of 2 supervisors’ offices (Office A and B, for reference) in a Singapore MNC.

For Office A, though such layout brings out or means the supervisor has the capability in him (能力) and may attracts benefactors (贵人) resulting in potential career opportunities, it has the characteristics of causing the supervisor to be susceptible to work stress (情绪、压力), prone to office politics (犯小人), peers or staff often being difficult, and not the most ideal interpersonal relationship with peers or staff. Obviously, for long term consideration, such layout will not be most the ideal.

For Office B, it is worse off than Office A. Such layout is easily susceptible to work stress (情绪、压力), prone to office politics (犯小人) and not the most ideal interpersonal relationship with peers or staff. Furthermore, the supervisor may not be able to exert fully or bring into play his capability.

However, the supervisor in Office B subsequently change the layout, with him now facing the opposite way, and seated near the door. Reason for such layout, as quoted by him was that as he and the supervisor in Office A belong to the same Chinese Zodiac sign, facing each other means a potential clash with each other literally. Obviously, whatever Fengshui effects the previous layout has on the supervisor has nothing to do with such reason.

The Fengshui influences for the revised layout in Office B is an improvement over the original layout. However, it is not without drawbacks. The layout encourages calm and composure, brings out or means the supervisor has the capability in him (能力) and may attracts benefactors (贵人) resulting in potential career opportunities, like Office A. But it also causes the supervisor to be ‘unsettled’ and faces potential office politics.

Again, if one understands “心印”, one will know the 易理 behind the above Fengshui influences for the offices.

Though the interior layout of the office may tell us, from Fengshui perspective, what influences can there be or the characteristics of the occupant in the office, are the Fengshui influences the same irregardless of who the occupant is? What other factors should one consider?

甲办公室的格局， 虽然代表了主管有能力或能显出主管的能力，有贵人相助而潜在职业机会，但易起工作方面的压力、情绪受影响，也易犯小人，有一种似乎很多人都对主管有意见，间接影响到了人际关系和职业机会。

乙办公室的格局，是最易犯小人的格局。和甲办公室比起，对事业，人际关系和办公政治，乙办公室最不利。即使主管有能力，也不易充分发挥的出。

不过，乙办公室后来的格局不是这样的。主管认为因为他和甲主管是同一个生肖，彼此不能面对面，认为这样会引起冲突。当然，原有的格局对主管起的风水克应不是这个原因！

更改后，乙办公室的格局是办公桌向相反的方向，而桌椅是靠近办公室门。这更改后的办公室格局虽然比原有稍微好些，它还是有缺点。更改后的格局，代表了主管有能力或能显出主管的能力，有贵人相助而潜在职业机会。这样的格局也助主管的情商智能。唯，主管在这办公室会有坐不“稳”的现象和也易犯小人。

虽然办公室的格局能告知我们风水上的影响，以上两个办公室的风水影响是否不管是谁，只要是用了那两间办公室，就会有以上所说的影响吗？是否还有其他因素需要考虑？
