Not long ago, a client came to me regarding the prospect of an internal job opening in her company. Been in her current job and role for many years, she was wondering if she should give the new job opening a try.

The divination was 3107.

“Fom the divination, you faces constant office rumor mongering and politics in your department currently, resulting in you having the thought of leaving your company”, I said.

Client: “That is correct, which is why when there is an internal job opening, I was thinking if I should take it up…”

Me: “The internal job prospect is positive. However, you will not take it up…”

“From the divination, the main problem is not on the prospect of the internal job opening or the current situation. The divination reveals that the main problem is the self-uncertainty you are facing now! Whether it is the job role you are seeking or your career objectives, you are unsure of these.  Thus, even if the job opportunity presents itself to you, you are unlikely to take it up!”

Hearing this, the client eventually admits to having reservations regarding the internal job opening, for she is still unclear about what job role she wants, uncertain about what she wishes to pursue in the future at this moment in her career…
