This is a well known established shop, located in a heartland neighbourhood coffeeshop, and has been around for over 30 years. It is surrounded by housing blocks/ buildings with the exception of the open carpark beside it.

Though a non-enclosed shop space and occupying a small area, it has not only last for over 30 years, this shop can be said to enjoy a thriving business since their opening. Why is it so?
